What can I try right now?+
The public preview is a jewellery shopping advisor. Ask three questions using our sample collection, or upload your own supported catalogue. You can refine recommendations and create a shareable shortlist. Sample products have no checkout.
Can I install Arieya on my Shopify store?+
Shopify is our main product direction. The public App Store app is in development and is not available to install yet. Request early access below if you would like to be part of a merchant pilot.
Can I bring my own products?+
Yes. The advisor includes a downloadable JSON template. Upload up to 100 jewellery products, under 250 KB, using the supported categories, materials and stones in GBP, USD or EUR. Uploaded prices and stock reflect the file you supply.
Does Arieya remember shoppers?+
The preview keeps context during your conversation in the current browser tab. Remembering preferences across visits and devices is planned for the Shopify product; it is not part of the current trial.
What happens to my data?+
The trial uses an anonymous cookie and a hashed network identifier to enforce three questions per browser and network for 30 days. Uploaded catalogues belong to that trial. Prompts go to Google Gemini for style matching. Shared links reveal your brief and selected pieces to anyone with the link for 30 days. Contact details are saved only when you submit the early-access form.
